🇬🇧 Self-introduction

Hi, I am Góng Vípǐn / Kang Uí-pîng, a Taiwanese citizen, and the author of this site.

This is a site talking about languages of Taiwan. Although my first language / mother tongue is Chinese, but I have proudly re-aquired languages of my ethnicity (Hakka and Hohlo) to a certain level of proficiency respectively, and I hope to pass them on to my offsprings.

I am also fond of the precious languages of Austronesian family, which are very ancient and special in the world, and belong to the indigenous tribes of Taiwan, to whom I show my profound respect.
